At Right Meridian we have a typical generalized format for campus recruitment. It includes five major steps. As in campus placement we get a bulk of fresher candidates, so to get the cream layer of candidates it is necessary to involve steps which breaks down many non-good candidates at the initial stages itself.
Following are the five steps of campus recruitment we follow at Right Meridian:
Whenever we visit a new campus we talk about the companies and the brief about us. We give the full idea about the company culture, their growth policies and immense personal and professional growth prospects.
We organize a technical test for the students to test their logical, analytical and technical abilities. The students with outstanding logical, analytical and technical abilities are taken a step ahead in the process of selection.
The candidates who passed the technical test are made to go through the next round of group discussion. Here a topic of current affairs is given to test the updated knowledge of the candidates. If an abstract topic is provided then their best logical and out of the box thinking is checked.
After the group discussion a personal interview is taken of the candidate, in that a candidates’ confidence level to test its working under pressure and body language is tested.
After all these rounds our committee put the candidate for a final review so that we don’t leave any stone unturned to select the best candidate.
